The cooking experience was good, the food was delicious and filling. The description was a little bit misleading. There was no written recipe provided, we weren’t offered anything to drink but we’re grateful that it ended up not being added to the bill after we ordered drinks ourselves. We ordered dessert unsure if it would be included in the class as it was mentioned. We ended up with a bill for the dessert that we shared between the two of us.
We booked a cooking class with a friend with the goal of learning traditional Albanian recipes as a souvenir of our trip. The recipes were far too simple, and the experience lasted only 40 minutes, contrary to the 2 hours initially announced. The description mentioned an appetizer included with the preparation of a dessert. However, we only cooked two dishes, without dessert and without a snack. Given the price and the glowing reviews and comments, we are truly disappointed with this experience. The person who accompanied us during the experience was kind; this may be the only positive point. Tourist trap.
Very disappointed. The class lasted only 40 minutes, with only 2 different dishes cooked, which were VERY simple and not remarkable (rice, egg, pasta). We did not cook a dessert (we were given a cut apple instead). The course description was misleading and suggested that we would do much more. Avoid, tourist trap. Does not reflect the price at all.
When we arrived, we were only told after fifteen minutes that the person giving the course was ill and that it could not go ahead. Very disappointing, because we had made our plans around this. They could have at least let us know sooner. No apology received (they did very easily), but the money back.

Really fun ~1hr cooking class where we learnt a lot about the culture of Gjirokaster and Albania and then ate our delicious meal in the restaurant after. Thank you for the great experience!
We enjoy our cooking class. The recipe were very tastefully and easy to do. A written version of recipe would be helpful in order to cook them once we are back home.

There were two of us and we had a fun pressure cooking class. After about 60 minutes we had cooked three courses and were allowed to sit at the table. The dishes were simple but very tasty. We can only recommend the course!
