Awesome experience cooking traditional Albanian food with Evisa today. It was the perfect way to finish off a day exploring Gjirokaster. Really welcoming and friendly atmosphere from the moment we stepped through the door. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Albania.
If you are staying in Gjirokaster even for one night you should join this cooking class. Evisa creates an intimate, friendly environment where you learn not only about the recipes but about the culture & history of the food.
