We'll begin the tour with a convenient pick-up from our office, located near the city center. From there, we'll make our way to Nina's house, located in the heart of Berat's historic castle. Upon arrival at Nina's house, you'll be greeted with a warm welcome from our local host and expert cook. The cooking class will begin with a brief introduction to the dishes we'll be preparing. You'll receive all the necessary ingredients and equipment, and our expert cook will guide you through each step of the process You'll have the opportunity to prepare two or three traditional Albanian dishes, depending on your preferences and availability. Some possible dishes include Stuffed Eggplants, Fërgesë (a traditional Albanian dish made with peppers, tomatoes, and cheese), After the cooking is done, it's time to sit down and enjoy the meal you've prepared! At Nina's, we take pride in providing a friendly, welcoming, and educational environment for our guests

We had such a wonderful experience at this cooking class and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berat. The cooking was great fun, and we learned how to make some delicious traditional Albanian dishes in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The highlight, though, was the people. Nina and Mikael were incredibly kind, warm, and friendly, making us feel like guests in their home rather than tourists. They shared stories about Albanian culture and made the whole experience both enjoyable and memorable.
