Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ Admission Tickets

We exchanged our voucher at the theater for our table. I was worried we might get a table in the corner because we didn’t choose our seats, but our table was right next to the VIP section. The dinner was phenomenal and the show was amazing. It was definitely a highlight of the trip and I appreciated saving money through Viator, instead of buying tickets directly through Cirque de Soleil.

My wife and I were completely delighted with the show. The costumes the live music and performance were all excellent. The characters were personable and captivating. Booking with trip advisor saved us $40 a ticket. We just booked the show only option. But it cost us $90 for a cab roundtrip from our resort to the show. The seats were great. Excellent view the theater design is beautiful. The show went fast about an hour and half? Wish we would have gotten there earlier there was a music show before the show started. The musicians are very good. We would go again and are looking for another show maybe even plan a trip to Las Vegas just to go to another one.

Disappointing bcoz when we arrived and made a line there was a big group from some company welcomed and they let all that group past first although their seats due to amount of people were all across the place so didn’t get idea why they separate them from main people line who also paid vip packages and then they provide welcome drinks but only for that specific group which was weird …why not to make a private event with some big company group then I mean literally the waiter approach us offering drink smiling and asking if we came with that company and when we said no he turned his back and pretend he didn’t talk to us, hilarious, coz we been to ludo in vidanta Vallarta and all vip package people and non vip package were treated same, here they treat only some special guests from some company whatever stuff really feo, that was first bad impression of this place , second one was even worse: my toddler asked to go toilet like around 40 mins before show finished and when we wanted go back to seat the the stuff don’t les us go explaining that need wait until the part of show that was in process finished which is fair due to acrobatics things they do across the place close to tables with guests, so we sit and wait unless was obvious it was non acrobatic part and was no artists/assistant installations goin on at that very moment and the stuff just tried to be non logical impolite holding us back from goin to seats yet we start waiting in close to toilet and my toddler start crying coz wanted to go back to our seats and dad then the same damn stuff guy approach me and ask me to stop it, then take us back to seats man! I have stuff there, i wanted go back to finish watching show and my champagne, meanwhile that part of show was finished and another one started and they guy still didn’t let us go to our seats, I had to call my husband to go back to toilet areas for us to speak to them to let us back coz stuff literally wanted us wait the end of show next to toilet while we bought champagne vip package, really o don’t think Joya Vidanta Riviera Maya deserves even non vip no dinner normal seat money spending, better go ludo Vallarta or any other one

The spectacular show, the people who received us and assigned our place were very friendly, the boutique staff very attentive the overall service was extraordinary!!!

If I could give this experience a negative grade, I would. Our “family outing” kicked off with a bus ride so dysfunctional it felt like a social experiment. The driver somehow managed to seat my wife, me, and our two daughters; including one with autism; in completely different sections of the bus. Not one passenger had the basic human decency to shift over until my wife deployed her signature death stare. And the passengers nearby? Rude, loud, snarky, and marinating the entire bus in a fog of fast food breath that should’ve come with a warning label. They talked over my wife, ignored the fact that our younger daughter was clearly scared sitting away from her mother, and only offered to move after being confronted. The ride itself felt like the suspension had been replaced with pogo sticks. Then came Cirque; the crown jewel of disappointment. It’s less a show and more a meticulously engineered cash extraction machine. Endless forced photo ops, overpriced everything, and food that tasted like it had given up on life. We paid $800 for an “appetizer and drinks experience” that could generously be described as a scam. The show? Wonky, awkward, and mostly in Spanish; which would’ve been fine if it were actually good. Instead, it felt like watching a dress rehearsal that never graduated. The staff hovered like helicopter hall monitors, policing every move as if we were about to steal the stage props. No physical programs, no convenience, no value. The return bus ride was the encore nobody asked for: bumpy, nauseating, and the final confirmation that Viator will never see another dollar from me. And Cirque? Let people use rideshare instead of forcing everyone into the taxi gauntlet. Final Grade: F. A masterclass in how to ruin a day.

The dinner show is really worth it. Simply spectacular.

Excellent show, highly recommended

It was an amazing experience.

The show itself was amazing but the staff did not make any attempts to fulfill my request for accessible seating for my elderly parents. We waited in a wrong line for over 30 minutes because there was no clear instructions as to where to stand. Like I said the show itself was amazing but unfortunately because the staff specially Tina (at the entrance of the event) we did not have an inviting and accommodating experience as we would have liked. The theatre of course was dark during the show and my parents had to go up and down stairs with NO guard railing!!!! Beware of this if you decide to take elderly family members.
