I took this pastry class with my girlfriend in Paris and we had an amazing time! Chef Fanny was warm and patient and showed us how to make light chouquettes, profiteroles with ice cream and chocolate sauce, and a few other treats. The whole experience felt relaxed and fun and we left feeling full and pretty inspired to try baking them at home.

Our chef guided us through making delicate profiteroles with homemade vanilla ice cream and luxurious hot chocolate sauce and airy sweet chouquettes.
