10/10 Experience
I highly recommend taking this shuttle service!! They were so easy to find at both the airport and ferry port. They were on time and safety drove us to our destination. Just one thing to know before you go. If you are flying into/out of terminal 3, you can easily walk to/from terminal 2 (~10 minutes) if you don’t want to wait for the free airport shuttle.

Great way to get from Holbox to Cancun airport
Raúl was great. He dealt with a difficult situation with a lady travelling with a dog very well. Easy to find the shuttle at Chiquila. Air-conditioned van. Drop off straight at my terminal. I will do it again

Above and beyond service!
A seamless experience! The proactive communication from our driver regarding our pickup times was excellent and helped us perfectly time our return ferry. We also want to highlight their outstanding customer service; when my partner left his phone on the shuttle, they worked quickly and kindly to get it back to us before our departure.

Viator should give...
Viator should give detailed instructions on how to get from terminal to terminal in Cancun to meet the shuttle. The van pick up area at the Cancun airport is oddly hidden.

There's really nothing major to report. The driver was very friendly and courteous. Otherwise, it was very good; plenty of space as there were few passengers.

Thieves and liars Never again
I paid for the transfer five days before to Holbox. And despite the payment receipt, the driver demanded that we pay again to take us to the airport!!
