I’ve traveled and used you guys plenty of times but this experience was by far the worst. Driver kept picking up people on the side of the road l, he left late and their was a roach crawling on the ceiling.

Driver Never Showed
The driver never showed up. We arrived and this elderly couple had been waiting for 45 minutes and there was still no driver.

Shuttle Service from Chiquilá to Cancun Airport
The attention of the tourist providers is very fast and efficient. The shuttle we took was very good, the operator is a good driver, it arrived at the indicated time, the route was excellent and we were able to arrive on time. I can definitely highly recommend this service and the price is very good.

Late and Disappointing
Poorly organised and unclear as to when the shuttle would actually take off - despite a stated departure time. Very disappointed. Cheaper to book on site than online

Driver kept stopping for other people, that i believe were not paying customers, and then out of nowhere would stop to make calls
