Champagne Region Private Day Trip from Paris

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Experience with Philippe and Best of France Tours! If you are planning a trip to France, look no further than Philippe and Best of France Tours! What sets them apart is not simply their knowledge of France or their ability to plan an incredible itinerary—it is the extraordinary level of personalization, attention to detail, and genuine care they bring to every aspect of your experience. From the very beginning, Philippe took the time to understand what mattered most to us, creating a trip that felt uniquely ours rather than a standard itinerary. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the result was an experience that exceeded our expectations. As someone who is passionate about food and wine, I especially appreciated how Philippe embraced those interests and made them such a memorable part of our journey. He went above and beyond to introduce us to hidden gems, exceptional culinary experiences, and wonderful wines that we might never have discovered on our own. These weren’t simply stops on an itinerary—they were thoughtfully chosen experiences that reflected what we love and consistently exceeded our expectations. What truly makes Philippe exceptional is his commitment to going above and beyond. He doesn’t simply arrange tours and experiences—he genuinely cares about making your trip extraordinary. His personal touch, flexibility, responsiveness, and passion for sharing the very best of France make all the difference. Our time in Paris, Champagne, Normandy, and beyond was filled with unforgettable moments. What made the experience even more special was knowing that every detail had been considered and that Philippe was always looking for ways to make an already wonderful trip even better. There is a difference between visiting France and truly experiencing the best of France. Philippe makes that difference. We returned home with incredible memories, a deeper appreciation for French culture, food, and wine, and immense gratitude for the care that went into making our trip so special. Merci beaucoup, Philippe! You didn’t just plan a vacation—you created an experience we will treasure forever. We cannot recommend Best of France Tours highly enough, and we would absolutely trust Philippe with our next French adventure!

We had a wonderful day! Frederic was amazing. Knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed the trip, the tour, and the champagne!! We would highly recommend!!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Best of France Tours on a Champagne Region day trip from Paris. Philippe, the owner, picked us up directly from our hotel in Paris in his clean and comfortable Mercedes van. Throughout the day, he provided complimentary water, great conversation, and shared his extensive knowledge of the Champagne region, its history, and the champagne-making process. We visited two outstanding small champagne producers, where we enjoyed private tours, learned about the production methods, and, of course, sampled some exceptional champagne. One of the highlights of the day was a delightful lunch at a charming French restaurant in Bouzy, which perfectly complemented the overall experience. The tour was informative, relaxed, and extremely well organized. Philippe was an excellent host and guide, and his passion for the region was evident throughout the day. I highly recommend Best of France Tours to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable Champagne Region experience.

This was the perfect day trip from Paris and we had a fabulous time. Our guide, Philippe, was wonderful and had the perfect amount of historical knowledge to add to our champagne tours. We will absolutely be back to book some of the other tours with him

We had an exceptional experience on our Champagne day tour, thanks to our driver and guide, Philippe. His depth of knowledge truly elevated the entire day—he shared insights that brought the region, its history, and the winemaking process to life in a way that felt both engaging and personal. Philippe also took the time to understand our interests and thoughtfully helped us select a more specialized tour, which turned out to be a perfect fit. Every detail felt intentional, and we never felt rushed—just fully immersed in a memorable and enjoyable experience. If you’re looking for a guide who is professional, personable, and genuinely passionate about what he does, Philippe is outstanding. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing tour to the Champagne region with Philippe. We reached all our destinations on time even during Paris Fashion week. Philippe was attentive, warm and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed this tour which was the highlight of our trip to France. We would not hesitate to book again with Phillipe in the future. Jacqui & Marc

Our guide Philip was the best. A beautiful day learning about and drinking really fine champagnes at small family champagne vineyards, enjoying a fabulous open air lunch, all programmed by a charismatic guide!

I wanted to give this tour a 10 star , but TripAdvisor only has 5 . I was really looking forward to this trip and we had an amazing time. Our tour guide Phillipe picked us up from our Hotel on time and on a very clean and comfortable mini van and head to the Champagne. They had the visits to the Champagne houses already set up for us and a delicious lunch at a local restaurant , which we enjoyed local dishes. We had really good champagne and our tour guide Phillipe was super nice and very knowledgeable about the region. Recommended 100%
