Amazing experience
The best in the business. Class and instructors are amazing. I love the way they teach. I’m a complete newbie so this is the perfect match between fitness and dance.

Fun and confidence building
This was fun and confidence building! Our teacher, Kendra, was so lovely and encouraging. We did some pole work, chair/ floor routines and challenges. I managed way more than I expected I could do and had a great time with everything. A really fun hen activity!

Fabulous teacher - you won't regret having a go!
This was so much fun. I didn't think I would be able to even get both feet off the ground, but Kendra so lovely and encouraging and made me believe in myself. I was actually very proud by the end. Ask for Kendra - she's so sweet and amazing at pole. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
