The ride from YYC Calgary Airport to our hotel in Banff was very comfortable. It was a ride share but it wasn’t crowded and the driver arrived on time, he was courteous and played 80’s music which I appreciated. I would highly recommend this company during your travel to Calgary.

you get what you pay for. I would’ve given it five stars, but the windows were very dirty. This is the most economical way to get from van to Calgary. Our driver was on time polite. The van was old. It could’ve used a good cleaning. The worst part was that the windows were dirty. This was not one day dirt. I strongly suggest that every morning they clean the windows of the van. Then I would give it a five.

They canceled our shuttle an hour before it was supposed to takeoff and didn’t help find an alternate travel option. Would not recommend.

We had a great experience! I am a quad amputee traveling with a wheelchair. We had reservation on a 2:00 shuttle but they got us and all our bags and the chair on an earlier shuttle with my siblings. Superb service and caring about me as a guest. I appreciate it so much! Thank you! Please thank the staff who took care of me on July 30th at Calgary airport.
Bus was a little late but great communication through text and email letting us know of the delay. Driver was great. Comfortable drive.
