He recalls asking that the conversation end so the shuttle could depart, as the delay was already affecting the other passengers on board. He firmly denies speaking to you in the manner described. While we recognize that perspectives can differ during stressful situations, we have found him to be consistently professional, respectful, and courteous throughout his time with our company. Since joining our team in 2024, he has received positive feedback from many passengers and has demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service. We also appreciate that your husband apologized to the other passengers for the delay. Our driver was balancing the responsibility of assisting your party while also respecting the time of everyone else on board, who had been waiting for the shuttle to depart. We value all customer feedback and use it to continually improve our service. At the same time, we believe it is important to present an accurate account of the circumstances.
