Banff to Calgary Airport (YYC) Shared Shuttle | Hotel Pickup

The driver was punctual and knowledgeable. He shown us the city before dropping us off at the airport. He played nice music inside the shuttle which brought back good old childhood memories .

Driver was very good, courteous and asked passengers what time the plane was leaving to ensure passengers arrive in time. A very good trip to the airport

Ride was ok, driver was ok but did not give us any commentary as to where we were. also the bus was late and made us worry.

The tour operator did not let us know where he was parked. The office called and said they were leaving in one minute and he did not come out to look for us or announce where he was parked. There were multiple vans parked, and your van was not clearly marked. We were not told whether it was a fairy bus or which then we were looking for. Also, the van was extremely hot, and the air conditioning was not working

The driver was courteous and professional. The ride was nice and smooth. The shuttle van was clean and comfortable.

We booked a shuttle from Banff to Calgary weeks in advance of our trip. Our original 10 o’clock shuttle was canceled mid week and we were asked to switch to an 11 o’clock shuttle which we agreed to do. Last night after spending the day out doing vacation activities we found an email telling us that our 11 o’clock shuttle was now canceled and would we like to book at nine or 11, no phone calls, just an email which could easily have been missed since we are on vacation. In attempting to make that change and finalize our plans we were unable to reach the company and the folks at Viator were no help. Neither they nor us was able to reach the tour operator by phone or email. When I asked for a supervisor’s help at Viator, I was told I would get a call back. That was two hours ago. It is now 1030 we have not heard from anyone and do not have any confidence in the fact that these people will pick us up at noon. Fortunately, I was able to find an alternative ride to the Calgary airport, but I am reluctant to book anything through Tripadvisor or Viator in the future. The level of Customer Service is abominable.

No issues with the service - on time, very accommodating, helped with our oversized luggage (ski equipment) . Super friendly driver. Highly recommend.

The driver was polite, punctual, and willing to go the extra mile or two, literally. A pleasant experience.

First of all, we were told to meet at Fox hotel, then I get a call asking where I am and I was then told the driver went to another hotel very far away. We had to wait in the snow and cold for much longer than anticipated. The driver finally shows up and gives us a bit of attitude for turning back around to pick us up. Then proceeds to judge that both my friend and I had 4 bags total (2 check in and 2 carry on’s). He sighs as he puts the luggage in the back. And makes a comment “there are more bags than passengers”. Then he just walks to his door and does not open the shuttle door for my friend or I. We then go to pick up someone else (1 person) and he has 3 bags which 2 out of the 3 were huge boxes but does not say anything to him and proceeds to open his door. Also to mention he put my carry on bag on top of the luggage’s which is fine but I was afraid it was fall on me since we were sitting in the back row. I felt uneasy for about 1 hr and 30 mins.

I ordered the shuttle to pick me up in Banff. A ski town. It arrived with a van sort of shuttle and nowhere to place the ski bag and barely enough room for my regular bag. We ended up placing it under my feet horizontally across the van. The very next pick up had a guy again with a ski bag. He and I had to sit with our feet on top of my ski bag and his on top of our feet for two hours. Not the drivers fault, but I’m warning you if you are bringing skis to a ski town, this would not be my choice for shuttle.
