I went there solo and there is so much information to find out, read about. There is a lot of reading, but there is also so many interactive features. I am gutted because I didn't get the name of the staff member the day I went, on the 15th September 2026, who was manning the Bermuda Triangle simulator experience. I spoke with him for a long period of time about coral reefs about the ocean, about underwater exploration general, and about the world at large, it took time out of his day to speak to me and really go in depth about the state of the world in regards to the oceans. He was very knowledgeable about local wildlife, about marine life.In general and about sustainability movements. He really made the trip a lot more worthwhile. So I hope he is given his stars. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, very warm and inviting! Had such a great experience overall.

Worth a stop
Worth a stop. We visited here after shopping in Hamilton. It was interesting & we learned a lot about the ship wrecks around the island.

A great way to spend an afternoon or morning
We’d walked past the UWEI several times on the way to Hamilton and decided it was time to visit on a wet day. What a great surprise with lots to see and absorb and we were easily there for nearly 3 hours. It’s great value for money at $20 per adult but well worth visiting even on a sunny day…

BUEI Is A Must See For Visitors To Bermuda
Excellent experience! Our guide was lovely and the exhibits were fascinating. My children loved the dive and my favorite was the Mysteries Of The Bermuda Triangle. We will definitely be back.

Great interactive museum close to city centre
Fantastic informative place to learn about Bermudas rich underwater and maritime heritage. Worth the 10 minute walk from front street to get here. Great interactive exhibits and immersive fun Bermuda Triangle experience Gift shop was also great!
