Description
Spend an afternoon on the water during this Bermuda catamaran and snorkeling cruise. The catamaran will raise her sails and cruise throughout the Great Sound, before anchoring at a beautiful and secluded swim site. Once at anchor, you have the freedom to choose to swim up to the nearby beach or sand bar, kayak, try a SUP (paddle board) or kick around with the crew's snorkel gear on the nearby reef. One rum cocktail is included, and additional drinks can be purchased from the onboard bar.

Your Bermuda sailing adventure leaves from King’s Wharf in the parish of Sandys, on Bermuda’s northwest tip. After boarding your catamaran — the Rising Son II — set sail into the Great Sound. Sail for about an hour as you head toward a secluded swimming spot; during your time on the boat, just relax and enjoy the views. Lounge on one of the trampolines, soak up the sun on the upper deck or enjoy the shade in the cockpit. When you reach the swimming site, the crew will throw the anchor overboard and give you a quick safety briefing and snorkeling instructions. Then put on your provided mask, fins and snorkel and jump into the water! Snorkel above the nearby reef, checking out the local marine life, or if you prefer not to snorkel, you can use the boat’s kayaks and stand-up paddleboards to explore the bay, nearby beach and sandbar. You have 1.5 hours of playtime here, after which you’ll climb back on the catamaran for a refreshing ‘rum swizzle’ cocktail. During the cruise back to the wharf, get ready for another evening in paradise with additional drinks from the onboard bar (own expense). Tropical music on board will put you in the island spirit!

We had a great trip on Rising Son! Family of 12. We went to a nice spot to snorkel, kayak and hang out. The drinks were nice and the crew was outstanding. It was drizzling but everyone had a great time, even jumped off the top of the boat. On the way back we experience heavy rain. Captain Germain was outstanding. Had to look through the hatch to navigate with the weather. The other 2 crew, Brendon and Noah, were both great as well. Helping with everything and providing info and entertainment. The playlist coming back with the rain included; Purple Rain, Umbrella, Unwritten which was made for the day! Crazy fun time had by all! Would highly recommend this cruise and this crew!
Brandon and his crew were top notch! He covered all the necessary safety ed, and sprinkled some island history in, too. The cruise went very smoothly, even considering the massive rainstorm we traveled through back to port. Thanks for a great trip!
I booked this tour based on its highly rated reviews & it did not disappoint! The captain & his crew were personable, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely FUN! We—my husband & I and my 15yo son and niece—took the 2pm tour on our second day in port with the Celebrity Silhouette. I booked this tour unaffiliated with the cruise and so glad I did. The kids loved swimming, paddle boarding, and cliff jumping! The water in the cove was smooth and clear and we lucked out with perfect sunny weather. The rum punches were awesome to enjoy on board while taking in the views after a swim. Another delight were the two frenchies (bulldogs) who hated the sound of the winch, the anchor toss, or anyone jumping off the boat, but were the sweetest honorary crew members. Winston, the newest shipmate, was a cuddle bug and rode all the way back to the dock swaddled in a towel and snuggled in one of the passengers arms. It was so sweet! If a dog could smile, he did 😊 I’m so glad I booked this tour & would book again on the next trip to Bermuda.
What a wonderful time captain Steve and his fabulous crew of 4 were so much fun. We had a great day and swimming in the beautiful cove snorkeling seeing coral and a few parrot fish! We were able to jump off the Admiral cliff and climb up the spiral staircase through the rock cliff. So cool! Would definitely do this again. Better than booking through cruise excursion.
Cruise was amazing!!! Crew was phenomenal and it was the best experience my 5 friends and I had during our entire week long stay in Bermuda! Price was more than worth it, and we made unforgettable memories! We will 100% without a doubt book again whenever we are able to come back to the island!
Let me tell you something… amazing experience! Me and my friends had the time of our lives and the crew was nothing but wonderful. They all were so accommodating and sweet. There is lots to do and if you are nice enough you might get to cliff jump!

This doesn’t reflect on the operator in any way , but if you looking predominantly fir a snorkeling experience or a bit of sightseeing of Bermuda, this is not an excursion for u.
this was a fantastic journey out to the reef to enjoy snorkeling, paddle boardng, kayaking or floating in the beautiful waters of Bermuda. The captain and his mates went all out to accommodate our needs and making sure the rum did not run out. A must in Bermuda with or without the cruise line.
