October 2026 Freedom Trail
We’ve always been interested in the Freedom Trail every time we’re in Boston but finally took the tour. Catherine was knowledgeable and her energy got the group engaged. Keep the great job!

Totally would do it again
We had a fantastic time and learned so much! I will say, our group was about 35 people in our group which was A LOT. In the smaller areas where we couldn’t all bunch up near the tour guide it was hard to hear our guide. 10/10 recommend doing the tour just let your guide know that they need to speak loudly

A bare minimum tour
First, the tour guide never showed up at the meeting spot and no contact was attempted by the viator to let the group know. After i reached out to the customer service I was asked to go to the information center and possibly join the tour that was going on 30 minutes later. After we joined the 1130 Tour, it was a lot less informative that the previous times that I’ve had that same very Tour I would call this experience a bare minimum tour.

Freedom trail is worth the walk!
Great experience. Exceptional information given by our tour guide Katherine. She played the part very well, but try as she might sometimes it was hard to hear her speaking with so many competing tour guides with the same electronically enhanced speaking devices. Just the nature of a city tour with traffic noises, large busses and a cacophony of surrounding voices. When I did hear her, she did a fantastic job of giving a good historical perspective of the time period and great patriots that we all learned about in history class. My favorite part was the Granary burying ground where some of the Boston giants of the American revolution rest. Fascinating stories were told here by our guide!

Our tour guide was fabulous. He made the experience so fun and he was a great storyteller. Thoroughly totally enjoyed the experience with this tour guide. Wish I had caught his name. 10 out of 10 experience.
