Very disappointing "tour"
The company representative was late arriving, so by the time we had downloaded the app, etc. we were late getting started. Our information said that we would have a guide. There was no guide, just an app which turned out to be useless to us because we did not have headphones (no mention anywhere of us needing to supply those). It would have been much more economical and effective to book directly with the Gallery, and rent their audio equipment for a "guided" tour. Very disappointing "tour" -- no tour involved, just waiting for the guy to arrive late with our tickets, and no audio guide for the gallery.

Everything was perfect!
We received the tickets for the Borghese Gallery without any problem. The meeting time to pick them up was respected and we were able to do our tour without any problem.

Amazing chance!
I could not be happier, got a ticket on a sold-out date. The price was more than official, but still not triple or quadruple the official rate. I highly recommend GuruWalk!
