We enjoyed assembling tiramisu, mixing dough, rolling it out and cutting with a rotary noodle cutter. Then the noodles were cooked and served to us. We were in a group of about 10 people.
This was an incredible experience and one that I will never forget! We were in a group of 8 people which was perfect and got help from our guide who was friendly and helpful. If you want an experience out of the ordinary then I would strongly suggest you do something like this.
Great experience. Delicious food, good tuition, lovely wine - what's not to like?
Excellent experience, great chef and a really fun group.
Very nice, Ala was amazing. Good food too!
Good fun and easy follow. Ala was very friendly, funny and polite. Answered everyone’s questions well in multiple languages!
Ala was absolutely amazing with the whole class, entertaining and really intelligent, answering any questions we had. Also had a lot of patience for us! Amazing experience, food was incredible and I was made to feel really welcome. Definitely something to try when in Bologna!
Great family activity with delicious food. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The kids even tried ingredients they usually would not eat at home.
Really good value for money. You get to learn how to make two different types of pasta and tiramisu. The chef tutor was really pleasant and helpful and it was a great way to spend the afternoon (we were there for nearly three hours).
Heerlike food and a nice family getaway!!
