Strolling through the historic center, you’ll enjoy two beloved homemade pastas, Tortellini and Tagliatelle, at a traditional Trattoria Bolognese, perfectly complemented by local wine. To conclude, we’ll visit the best gelateria in town for unforgettable artisanal gelato crafted since 1976. As we walk through the narrow streets of the centre, we’ll visit local shops, shop together like locals, and debunk some common myths about Italian cuisine, all while discovering parts of Bologna and answering your curiosities along the way
After shopping in three different local shops, we’ll enjoy samples of regional cold cuts, cheeses, and breads, paired with traditional wines in the Bologna’s oldest osteria, an exclusive spot where stepping inside feels like going back in time.
