Amazing tandem parasail experience - AA was fabulous from beginning to end. They picked us up at hotel, on time and very friendly. No wait for parasail, we flew for 30 minutes - spectacular and unforgettable! Was one of the highlights of our CR visit, not to be missed.

Absolutely incredible experience from beginning to end. My son Michael and I did the 30-minute parasailing experience, and we loved every single second of it. The views were breathtaking, the experience was exhilarating, and we felt completely safe and taken care of throughout. While we were up there, Michael kept saying: “I don’t know if I’m dreaming or awake. Is this actually real?” That pretty much says everything. As a father, hearing my son say that while we're soaring above the Pacific Ocean is a memory that is impossible to put a price on. The experience was beyond measurable. We had also purchased drone footage, but unfortunately they were experiencing technical issues with the drone. Of course we were disappointed because we really wanted that footage, but these things happen. They immediately refunded us without any hassle whatsoever, which I really appreciated. They also allowed us to use their beach chairs and umbrella afterward as a consolation for the inconvenience, which was an incredibly kind gesture and showed that they genuinely cared about making sure we still walked away happy. Most importantly, the team made sure we had an amazing, fun and safe experience from start to finish. Great company. Great people. Incredible experience. The staff is welcoming and very professional. Miguel and Melanie make us feel at ease from the beginning, especially since one of us is afraid of heights Parasailing was so beautiful and peaceful when we got up in the air. Landing in the water was smooth and easy. There was a jet ski ready to pick us up as we landed. They even had beach chairs for us, making us feel like we had our own private part of the beach. I highly recommend for families and for adults. The money was well worth the experience. One of our best experiences in Costa Rica!!!

My husband and I had such an amazing experience with Aguas Azules! It was honestly one of the highlights of our trip to Costa Rica. I was pretty nervous before we went up, but Melanie immediately made me feel so much better. She was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring, and the entire crew was just as friendly and professional. They explained everything clearly, never rushed us, and made us feel completely safe from beginning to end. The views were absolutely unreal. Seeing Manuel Antonio from up in the air was something I'll never forget. It was such a perfect mix of peaceful and exciting—you get the adrenaline rush of taking off, but once you're up there, it's so calm and the scenery is just breathtaking. What really stood out to us was how much the team genuinely cared about their guests. Melanie and Miguel went above and beyond, helping us with parking, giving us recommendations for things to do in the area, and even providing beach chairs while we waited. Those little touches made such a difference and showed how much they care about making sure everyone has a great experience. We also chose Aguas Azules because their focus on safety really stood out compared to the other parasailing companies on the beach, and we're so glad we did. You can tell this team knows exactly what they're doing. We even watched them patiently help other guests who were older or a little nervous, treating everyone with so much kindness and respect. Booking was super easy too. We communicated with Melanie over WhatsApp beforehand, met the crew on the beach, and before we knew it we were up in the sky. If you're in Manuel Antonio, don't even think twice—book with Aguas Azules. Whether you're an adrenaline junkie or someone who's a little scared of trying something new (like I was!), they'll make you feel comfortable every step of the way. My 12 year old is a bit hesitant to try anything too adventurous. This company was highly rated and recommended by our Airbnb host. As we walked along the beach, they were easy to spot. I watched them the day prior take a few people throughout the day parasailing and was confident every person had a fun and safe experience. So today, when we were on the beach, my son was ready for his first time to try parasailing. Agua Azul made him feel comfortable and he had a great time. He had fun. He said it was like winning a reward at a Survivor challenge or like seeing the world from the perspective of Minecraft. Considering he is anxious about heights and he had a great time, I’m impressed!

Amazing experience with these guys! Super easy to communicate with, and we’re very helpful with adding people and telling us where to park and where to go. Just overall great experience! There are other independent guys there that will try to steer you to someplace else, but definitely book with these guys! You won’t be disappointed!
