I booked this a few months prior to my trip. I never got any text or email to confirm. A week before the trip, I still had no confirmation so I re-booked thru Viator. Last day of my trip, I get a confirmation so now I’m double booked. Tried calling and texting but could never reach anyone to cancel. So now I’m probably charged. Very poor communication.

Driver drove at great...
Driver drove at great speed (approx 138kms in 110 kms zone) with Mobile Phone in hand. Pax were visibily shaken on arrival in Banff.

Timely pickup in Banff and delivery at Calgary airport with a good driver - though the minibus was very full!

An hour late and terrible drivers. I would not book with the service again if I could help it. Nice people at the airport desk though.

Quick service
The ride was quick. He stopped and picked us up and we were on our way. There was two stops before the airport. Took about 1.5 hours from Banff.
