My mother and I booked this tour on a Thursday in August. Martin was a lovely guide. Pick up instructions were clearly communicated. We had a full bus (24 people) and it was comfortable. We travelled from Calgary and it was about 11 hours round trip. Martin was very pleasant and treated all of us as family. He shared knowledge of the area and tips for visiting each site. We stopped at Emerald Lake, the Natural Bridge, had lunch in Lake Louise town, then headed to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. Each stop was unique and breathtakingly beautiful. Would highly recommend this tour. Well worth the cost.
A nice 1 day tour! Beautiful lakes and mountains. Sun appeared just when we reached lakeside! Plus also, Steve is a professional guide and driver, with sense of humour and knowledgeable.

We had an absolutely amazing experience on our trip to Banff, Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, and Emerald Lake. The scenery was breathtaking at every stop. The turquoise waters, towering mountains, and crystal-clear lakes were even more beautiful in person than the photos. Our guide Lisa was fantastic. She was friendly, patient, and made the whole day so enjoyable. She shared interesting information along the way and was always happy to answer questions or help with photos. The bus was very comfortable, which made the travel between locations easy and relaxing. Everything was well organized, and we felt taken care of from start to finish. If you’re visiting the Canadian Rockies and looking for a great way to see these iconic spots, this tour is an excellent choice. We would gladly do it again!

We went on this tour on August 19th. Martin was a very kind and thoughtful driver. He explained the history behind each location we visited during our ride which we enjoyed. We were able to learn about how each of the lakes came to be, the reason of their names, etc. We also appreciate the water he gave us in between our rides. The weather was also wonderful with luckily no wild fire smoke giving us the best view we could get. We also enjoyed his playlist giving 80s-90s vibes:)
