Itinerary
Lake Louise is straight out of a dream—shimmering turquoise water, towering mountain peaks, and the iconic Fairmont Château as the perfect backdrop. Whether you’re snapping photos, strolling along the shore, or just soaking in the view, this place is pure magic. Trust us, no picture can ever do it justice—you have to see it for yourself!
Moraine Lake is the kind of place that takes your breath away—crystal-clear, impossibly blue water surrounded by the rugged peaks of the Valley of the Ten Peaks. Climb up the Rockpile for that famous postcard view, or just stand by the shore and soak in the unreal beauty. It’s one of those spots that feels too perfect to be real—but it is, and you’re here! (Moraine Lake is only open from June 1st to October 13th. Will be replaced by Marble Canyon when its closed)
Every year, thousands of photographers all over the world come to take pictures of these lakes.
You will be suprised when you hear the stories of this mighty mountain
We will provide special ice crampons for a once in a lifetime ice-walk experience! From suspended catwalks to sparkling frozen waterfalls, Marble Canyon is a winter wonderland that beckons adventurers and nature enthusiasts alike. (Operating only between October 13th - June 1st when the Moraine Lake is closed in winter season. )
Time to take a break and enjoy Banff Avenue—where great food, mountain views, and a little shopping all come together! Grab lunch at one of the cozy cafés or restaurants, then wander through the charming shops for unique souvenirs, local art, or maybe even some Canadian maple treats. It’s the perfect chance to soak in the lively Banff vibe before we head to our next adventure!
See the magnificient Banff Chauteu Fairmont Spring Hotel in closer look. This hotel made of real stone is one of the symbols of Banff.
Surprise Corner is where Banff gives you its best "wow" moment—an incredible panoramic view of the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, framed by towering peaks and the rushing Bow River. It’s the perfect spot for that jaw-dropping photo, and trust us, the name makes sense—you won’t see it coming! Another quick stop, but one you won’t forget.
Bow Falls is where raw power meets stunning scenery—a rushing, wide waterfall surrounded by rugged cliffs and lush forest. Feel the mist on your face as you watch the Bow River thunder downstream, creating a scene straight out of a movie. It’s an easy stop, but one that leaves a big impression!
Lake Minnewanka is where the mountains meet the water in the most epic way—huge, deep-blue, and stretching farther than any other lake in Banff. Whether you're skipping rocks, taking a boat ride, or just breathing in that fresh mountain air, it feels like a secret slice of paradise. And if you’re lucky, you might even spot some bighorn sheep chilling by the shore! (Depending on the traffic situation, we will visit here INSTEAD OF Bow Falls and Surprise Corner. NOT visiting these 3 places on same day. This is a ALTERNATIVE stop for Bow Falls & Surprise corner. PLEASE READ WELL and dont be upset if we dont visit here.)

Our guide, Jeremy, was excellent from the very beginning. He was incredibly friendly, informative, and welcoming, and he made sure we had a comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable trip. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend this trip!
Our tour with Heather yesterday was absolutely perfect! She shared so much interesting information throughout the day, and her great sense of humor made the long driving distances enjoyable and never boring. We were able to visit so many wonderful spots within the allocated time, and everything felt very well organized. Heather made the whole experience fun, informative, and memorable. I highly recommend this tour, especially with Heather!
Unorganized. The day before our trip to the lakes I was connected with Roger who introduced himself, sent a picture of the bus to look for, and a picture of himself. The next morning my girlfriend and I arrived at the Calgary hotel 15 min before our 7:45am departure. As we’re walking to the front of the hotel I get an unknown call from a Canada number. Luckily I answered instead of ignoring the call. It’s the tour company asking where I am, I tell the lady on the phone, and she says there’s a change of plans and we will be on a different bus with a different guide. What happened to Roger? So we find the new bus with the new tour and she says we won’t be able to ride together. What? So my girlfriend and I are separated on the bus, me in the back, and her in the very front. The new guide, Ala, has no solution for this. So for the 5 hours of driving we did that day my girlfriend and I had to do it solo. Ala’s solution was, “just take someone’s seat” well that’s hard when no one wants to give up their seat and they leave their items on the bus at every stop. Overall, frustrated with the last minute change, the isolated ride, and the unprofessional of our guide. Glad we were able to see the lakes in the end.
Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to clarify what happened for future guests reading this review. The last-minute vehicle change was **not** due to disorganization. Shortly before departure, another guest requested a pickup point change. Because our operations team coordinates multiple vehicles in real time, we were able to accommodate that guest without changing the itinerary or affecting anyone else's tour. Both vehicles were operating the **exact same tour**, visiting the same destinations on the same schedule. Regarding the seating, our departure time was **7:45 AM**. At that time, the rest of the guests were already at the pickup point, seated on the bus, and ready to leave. You were still looking for a parking spot and had not yet reached the pickup location. By the time you boarded, the available seats had already been taken. Our guide genuinely tried to help by asking the group if anyone would voluntarily switch seats so you and your girlfriend could sit together, but no one agreed. Since we do **not** assign or reserve seats, we cannot require other guests to give up their seats. Our seating policy is first come, first served and applies equally to everyone. We're sorry you weren't able to sit together, but this was a result of arriving after the other guests had boarded—not a lack of organization. We appreciate your feedback and are glad you were still able to enjoy the beauty of Lake Louise and Moraine Lake.
Had so much fun today with Heather! A very well planned day for us to enjoy the views of Banff National Park! Would definitely recommend this to everyone!
Enjoyable trip and guide! would have liked a little more time at Moraine Lake but other than that, it was good.
We were fortunate to have HEATHER of Banff Everyday Tours, a proud Calgary native, as our driver and guide. Her storytelling, humor, and extensive knowledge of our destinations (Banff National Park, Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, and more), history, food, culture, wildlife, and more kept us engaged throughout the trip - I gained a wealth of knowledge in just one day. She went above and beyond to ensure there was never a dull moment. She kept us safe, as well as others, both on and off the shuttle. I will definitely return and specifically request her again. Thank you, Heather, for making our experience truly unforgettable! You’re the best!

Incredible natural beauty, an easy road and an informative tour with a cheerful guide Roger.
it was an amazing trip to iconic sites and amazing sceneries in the Rockies. Our driver guide Bob was very kind and gave us interesting information on the region and the country. Additionally he put on a humourous entertainment programm :-). A great day!
Heather was the best tour guide I’ve ever had! She was so thoughtful and always made sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. She also kept us entertained throughout the journey, which made the whole trip so much fun. Thanks to her, it became such a wonderful and memorable experience. Thank you so much, Heather! ☺️⛰️
