Experience a stargazing tour in the Atacama Desert, away from the magical town of San Pedro de Atacama. Be picked up from your hotel and travel to the astronomical observation site. Arrive at a nicely arranged outdoor area under the stars, inspired by the Andean Cosmovision, in the shape of a Chakana (Andean Cross) and with a water mirror in its center where you can observe the reflection of the stars. Listen as your certified and well-experienced stargazing guide explains both the Andean and the classic (Greek/Roman) interpretation of stars and constellations. See the most interesting celestial objects through high-end professional telescopes. Finally, the special light-sensitive camera/lens takes beautiful pictures of you and the stars. Meanwhile, contemplate the night-sky and enjoy a hot tea or chocolate or a glass of wine. After about 2 hours of stargazing be dropped off at your hotel.

It was a great experience, stargazing guide Lasse is very experienced. He talked a lot about the universe, showed us constellations, special stars, and told stories about special aspects of the universe. Plenty of room for questions, which he answered expertly and also explained visually. He also showed the stars or constellations we were talking about in the universe with his laser beam. The Atacama Desert is a super location for stargazing. The second part of the evening we saw stars and the planet Saturn through Lasse's large telescopes. Lasse had a beautiful stargazing experience in his garden. We were picked up at home and he also brought us back to our AirBnB. Top experience, including a break with delicious treats and drinks.
We’ve spent an exciting evening watching the stars & learning about the way the indigenous Andean communities interpret the evening sky — not only the stars, but also the dark parts covered with cosmic dust. My personal highlight was seeing Saturn 🪐 with the ring
We spent 5 nights in the Atacama Desert. Lasse was always on time, a very cautious driver. Very good, very comfortable car. Although some excursions could not take place as planned due to the weather, he provided very good alternative excursions. Always nice and friendly, great knowledge, and he also provided delicious picnics.

We had a great experience star gazing with Lasse. His knowledge about the constellations and stars was so helpful for a first time star gazers like us. Picking up and dropping was so easy. We spotted stars and formations through the 2 telescopes and was amazing. The throws he provided were such a convenience when sitting under the stars in the open chilly night . Would recommend Lasse and astrolibre
