DO NOT BOOK from this company. ⭐ 1 Star — TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Unprofessional, Disorganized, and a Complete Waste of Time! If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would! I booked tickets for both the Uffizi Gallery and Accademia Gallery through Viator the day before our visit. Yes, I understand it was a last-minute booking, but IF YOU DON’T HAVE TICKETS AVAILABLE, THEN DON’T ACCEPT THE BOOKING! I received my booking confirmation from Viator, but the actual tour operator NEVER sent the required app access code or Uffizi Gallery tickets, which were supposed to be provided the day before our visit. Since I booked the day before, they should have either sent everything immediately or at least notified me that they couldn’t fulfill the reservation. Instead, absolutely no communication! We showed up early, only to be told at around 8:15 AM that they didn’t have enough Uffizi Gallery tickets and would simply refund that portion of the booking. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! The Uffizi Gallery was the MAIN reason I booked this package in the first place! To make matters worse, they offered me an 8:45 AM ticket despite knowing I still had to travel from Accademia to the Uffizi Gallery. I specifically explained that I needed a later time because of the walking distance and the long lines. Yet they still thought giving me just 30 minutes was reasonable. What exactly was I supposed to do? Teleport?! This is completely unacceptable, especially for tourists who have limited time in Florence and carefully plan their itinerary. We woke up early, made the effort to get there, and trusted this company to deliver what we had already paid for. The worst part is that all of this could have been avoided with ONE simple email! If they had informed me the day before that the Uffizi tickets were unavailable, I could have made alternative arrangements instead of wasting my morning. A refund does NOT make up for the wasted time, inconvenience, frustration, and missed opportunities. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS TOUR OPERATOR! A Viator booking confirmation apparently doesn’t guarantee that this company actually has the tickets it is selling. Extremely disappointing, poorly organized, and completely unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN!

Not good directions
Very bad directions about picking up tickets for Uffizzi and Acadamia museums. No one outside the buildings to help with questions. We paid for audio. Very hard to use.

Beautiful artwork but logistics need improvement
Loved the art works. My favorite is the Birth of Venus. My only complaint is that there were unclear instructions on where to meet our tour guide. No one seemed to know. And since there is no WiFi around the galleria; it’s impossible to bring up the ticket or voucher
Operator response
Good afternoon from Caf Tour & Travel, Dear Quinn, Thank you for your feedback regarding your visit to the Accademia and Uffizi Galleries. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful artworks, particularly "The Birth of Venus." We want to clarify that the meeting point and check-in time for both museums are clearly outlined in the voucher provided at the time of booking. We regret to hear this was not clear during your experience. Regarding the Wi-Fi issue inside the Uffizi Gallery, we understand how frustrating it can be to not have internet access. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the connectivity within the museum. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back for another art-filled experience in the future! Our best regards

Self Guided-Preferred
Going at our own pace was very enjoyable. We went to the Accademia early. There weren't alot of people. The Uffizi was crowded but we were able to target specific artists to view on the map in the app.
Operator response
Good morning from Caf Tour & Travel, Dear Anna, Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the flexibility of the self-guided visit. Arriving at the Accademia early sounds like a perfect plan—it allows you to fully take in the breathtaking beauty of Michelangelo’s David and other incredible works of art with fewer crowds. Even though the Uffizi Gallery can get busy, it’s great that the app helped you focus on the amazing treasures within, like the masterpieces of Botticelli, Leonardo da Vinci, and other renowned artists. We hope exploring these iconic collections added something truly special to your Florence trip! Our best regards
