i had a really great experience. the instructor gave me advice every time i came back from a wave and then he explained it very well. if you are in tamarindo and want to surf. i would go to this surf school!

We are local Costa Rican surfers who love the ocean and love giving back. We want you to leave here with the biggest smile and the best stories to take back home. We love our job and we want you to feel how special Tamarindo really is! Our 20+ years of experience gives us an understanding of how to approach the different levels of skill and confidence. The ocean is an amazing place and no matter where you are at on your journey, we are here to support you and want to help guide you to leave Costa Rica with new, lasting memories.

Great experience with Sergio!
Great expertise with Sergio! He was friendly and an excellent instructor. 4 of us booked, first time surfing, all of us got up on the board. Would recommend to others!

Awesome surf experience.
Five out of five stars! We had three private lessons - my husband and two five year olds and they were incredibly patient. Kids absolutely loved it and keep asking if we can go again. So safe, they were next to my kids the whole time in the water and even played beach soccer with them after. Super high recommendation.

Awesome fun for 6
We had an absolute blast with our 2-hour surfing lesson! There was a slight delay getting started, but once we hit the water, Sergio and Erickson were amazing. They did a fantastic job working with our group of six, two moms and four kids ages 17, 14, 14, and 9, and made everyone feel comfortable and confident, regardless of experience level. Kids were pros right away. They were patient, encouraging, and so much fun to be around. By the end, everyone was smiling and having a great time riding the waves. We cut it to 1.5 hr bc we had to go but they would have fulfilled the 2 hours. Such a fun family experience and definitely a highlight of our Costa Rica trip! We highly recommend Sergio and Erickson. Gustavo wasn’t there that day but he solved the staffing issuing in 15 mins.
