Fun experience but missed out on what other people were cooking
Great way to try Spanish dishes that you have a hand in creating. The chef / instructor was enthusiastic, very knowledgeable, and fun, combining cooking lessons with Spanish history. The dishes we cooked were very simple and we were sent the recipes in advance. There were only 11 of us, making it nice to chat with other participants.
The only criticism I have was that while I was making the dish I was “assigned” I didn’t know how it was going with the other dishes being made.
It was great to eat all that was made afterwards.

Tapas Cooking Class
The class is very well organized. Each position around the countertops had all ingredients ready to go to prepare each recipe. We all chose a station & began cooking right away.
Chef Gustavo assisted al9ng the way. Everyone learned a bit about each recipe.
The food & sangria were delicious!

Exciting session
This was tons of fun. An engaging chef who was very knowledgeable made this a first class experience. The food was delicious! Would love to do another class with this chef if I only lived in Madrid. The chef was funny, appropriate, helpful and approachable. Can’t wait to try the recipes at home.

Fantastic!
This is a great activity. We were 7 in the group and we were able to make 10 tapas plus aioli. The area is easy to locate, near Calle Fuencarral and Gran Via. Our chef Gustavo was great and the tapas were very tasty. Very worth the time and cost.

Such a fun experience!...
Such a fun experience! Our class was small so we got a lot of hands on time cooking multiple stations. Tapas were delicious and we learned some good cooking techniques to take home!
