Excellent experience with this food tour of Almaty. It was very well put together hitting all the highlights of Soviet/Kazakh cuisine. The restaurants and dishes chosen were perfect. Very full after this tour. The local guide is the highlight even more so than the food, however. Was enjoyable to learn about Kazakhstan, past and present. He speaks perfect English having studied in the US previously. I strongly recommend this tour!
