This experience was really disappointing. We got told by the company that it would be a comfortable bus with up to 30 people - our bus had 50 people and it was very old, nearly falling apart, with a very reckless and dangerous driver. Shared bathroom meant that 12 people (men and women) would share 1 toilet and 1 shower, in the worst looking guesthouse in the village. After breakfast, 50 of us had to share 1 toilet (the other bathroom’s door was broken), so we had a 45 minute delay for everyone to use the restroom and by that time, the toilet was disgusting . By the time we reached Kaindy lake, the emerald color was gone, the sun already came up the mountain. The sheets in our room had hair on them, leading us to believe they weren’t washed from the night before. There was barely room in the dining room for everyone to eat and the food quality throughout the trip was very low. People that slept in yurts got told there would be 4 of them in 1 yurt, but there was 7 of them instead, with 2 people sleeping on the floor; when they asked for a discount, they got a sharp no for an answer. The guide was generally friendly, but not at all informative or clear in her explanations, at one point she even told us to listen to another group’s guide, as he would say the same things as her. Overall we booked this trip with high expectations from the good reviews, but ended up being disappointed. The natural attractions of Kazakhstan are undoubtedly beautiful, but I recommend everyone to choose another company, as this one is not trustworthy or reliable.

Amazing guide !! The trip was well organized and we had a lot of time to explore the different places. The guide Butyr, was very dynamic and friendly !! I totaly recommand :)
