The two day tour is very worth it because you spent a good amount of time in each location. It gives you time to take it in rather than it being very rushed. Our tour guide (Saida) was attentive, and energetic with excellent english. My only constructive feedback would be regarding the eating schedule. The first day of the tour, we only had lunch at 3pm which was a struggle. Also, the amount of food could also be a bit bigger. Overall, definitely worth doing!

I had two wonderful days. Didi was a wonderful guide with great energy and a good English. The group was also really pleasant and diverse. It was a great way to discover Kazakhstan. Definitely recommend.

Really great tour and friendly guide

The trip is well organised, the time spent on each place is sufficient. Didi our tour guide is amazing. We had fun.

I was able to experience the natural charm of Kazakhstan firsthand. I also had the opportunity to have daily conversations with the participants of the surrounding twa, which was fulfilling!! Diddy, the guide, also helped me a lot by arranging a drop-off and a taxi for my flight home. He's really nice.

Beautiful country and people. Our trip went smooth, thanks to our guide Zhandos. He is a young dynamic person,has great knowledge about places and culture, excellent driver, specially on tricky off road rides and such a fun to be with. If I recommend Kazakastan very nice, a big reason would be Zhandos. Other guides were also well aware of places we visited. Everything was well taken care of by Kazakastan Very Nice!!

Butter, the best tour guide, took us not only to beautiful lakes and canyons but also to local markets and shops. When my suitcase broke, he fixed it for me, and whenever we wanted to know about local products or needed help, he was always there to assist us as a translator. We really enjoyed the trip and couldn’t believe it was only three days!

We were so lucky to have Didi as our tour guide in Almaty! She is such a cheerful, warm, and caring person, and she really made our trip even more enjoyable. One thing that really impressed us was how she could remember everyone’s names, such a small gesture, but it made us feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. The highlight of our trip was visiting the two beautiful lakes. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, the crystal-clear turquoise water surrounded by dramatic mountains made us stop and admire the views again and again. Each lake had its own character and beauty, and being able to experience both in the same trip was truly unforgettable. It felt like stepping into a completely different world away from the city. During our tour to the beautiful lakes, Didi took great care of everyone and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Her positive energy and friendly personality made the whole experience so much more memorable. Thank you, Didi, for making our trip so special! 💕🇰🇿

The arrangements were very good. We were given adequate time at each location. Exhaustive instructions on the spot and safety precautions were given. Food and accommodation arranged was awesome. The guide Mr Batyrkhan was awesome
