We had a great experience visiting Kaindy Lake, Kolsay Lake and Charyn Canyon in one day with our guide, Dariya. The journey is quite long, with around 4–5 hours to reach the first destination, Kaindy Lake, but the beautiful scenery along the way makes it worthwhile. My 73-year-old father unfortunately suffered from motion sickness during the journey from Kaindy to Kolsay and later to Charyn. The other passengers were very kind and helpful, offering tissues, candies and even some oil to help him feel better. Dariya was also very considerate, checking on him several times and offering chewing gum. Dariya was friendly and helpful throughout the trip, and she also took some great photos of my father and me at Kolsay Lake. We also enjoyed a delicious homemade lunch along the way. Thank you, Dariya, for the memorable trip. It was a very long day, but definitely worth experiencing!

Amazing trip. Totally worth it

We had an amazing day visiting some truly beautiful places with incredible views. I really enjoyed the experience, and our guide Daria was fantastic, as was our driver. There are a couple of organizational things that could be improved. Despite confirming the pick-up time twice, we still had to wait around 20 minutes. Also, the first stop, which I guess is supposed to be a breakfast stop, was far too short — there wasn’t even enough time to comfortably finish a hot cup of tea. I would suggest allowing at least 20 minutes to have an opportunity for people to actually have breakfast without rushing. These were relatively minor issues, though, and thanks especially to Daria, I had a wonderful day and would definitely recommend this tour. I discovered a whole new and incredibly beautiful side of Kazakhstan🩶

We had a wonderful experience exploring Kaindy Lake, Kolsai Lakes and the canyons with Kazakhstan Very Nice! The entire trip was beautifully organized, and our guide Leana made the experience even more enjoyable. Leana was extremely approachable, friendly and helpful throughout the journey. She gave us plenty of time at each location, so we never felt rushed and could truly enjoy the incredible scenery and take everything in at our own pace. The bus was comfortable, which made the long journey much easier, and despite the distance, we thoroughly enjoyed the ride. A huge part of that was Leana’s warm and pleasant company. She was always available whenever we needed help and made the entire day feel relaxed and enjoyable. The landscapes were absolutely breathtaking, and this was definitely one of the highlights of our Almaty trip. Thank you to Kazakhstan Very Nice and especially to Leana for making the experience so memorable. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Almaty!

The trip was great. The guide and the driver were professionals and made this tour as comfortable as possible.

The places are good, beautiful! Transport’s ok, no plug for charging phones. Guide is grumpy, a bit rough for me, i don't think anyone liked her, lol. Not sure she likes what she’s doing.

Great value for money considering it’s a 17 hour hour and you’re seeing some of the best places in and around Almaty for such a price. The guide Leana was friendly abs her English was impeccable. Would thoroughly recommend

I highly recommend Leana as a guide; she is excellent at time management, streamlines complex logistics, and provides consistent support to all participants. If you have limited time, this tour is an ideal choice, as it covers numerous attractions and includes convenient pickup services at hotel.

I went on a daily lake and canyon tour. They pick me up from various locations and are very kind. Thank you so much for being so kind during the 17-hour tour, and for taking pictures for me! I want to use it if I come again! I'm leaving with good memories.

The spots are incredible! The logistic was a mess, pick up point late (itsv5 am you xannot pick me up late), nobody enforce the schedule on the spots, the tourbis already long and people not respecting the schedule and nobody also enforce it create a constantvwaste of time and the drop off also a disorganized task, we're going in circles with no route to do it properly and we arrive after 10 pm. Everybody is tired
