This was, without question, the best tour I have ever been on. From start to finish, everything was exceptionally well organized. Communication before the tour was excellent, departures were perfectly on time, and the entire itinerary ran incredibly smoothly. You could tell a lot of thought had gone into every detail. The bus was brand new and one of the most comfortable tour vehicles I’ve ever traveled in. It had excellent air conditioning, USB charging ports at every seat, and even Starlink Wi-Fi available for a small additional fee, which was a great option given how remote some of the locations are. Our guide Serzh was fantastic..friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. The yurt camp exceeded my expectations, and the food throughout the tour was very good. One thing I especially appreciated was the pacing. We were given plenty of time at each stop, so I never felt rushed or like we were just checking places off a list. I was able to fully enjoy every destination without constantly watching the clock. Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. If you’re considering this tour, don’t hesitate..it’s worth every penny.

This was the best tour ever. The itinerary was highly curated and planned out. I love all the places we went to, particularly the Charyn Canyon and Kaindy Lake, great experiences! We had a lovely tour group and Serzh was very nice, even sat with us in the bonfire to tell stories and bond. He gave really good advice on how to navigate the tours, like when to go horseback riding or where it's cheaper if you wan to hold an eagle. All our meals were also very tasty! Not that vegan/vegetarian-friendly though as there are really limited options. My advice is to have good hiking boots because there's really a lot of hiking involve if you want to have the perfect views. In the overnight stay, you will have the option to pick from either a shared yurt or a private one or a private room in a house. I say any is good. I picked the private room and it has its own bathroom. The shared yurt was also nice as I've check it out courtesy of the friends I've made from the group. This tour was really an 11/10 experience for me. Highly recommended!

I had a great time! The views were insane, the bus time was split up perfectly so it never felt like we were in the bus for too long. Our guide, Serzhan, did an amazing job keeping us entertained and informed through the two days. I would highly recommend this trip!

My fiancée and I had an excellent time on this tour. Such a great group and a lovely and charismatic guide, Jan. The lakes were beautiful and the canyon landscapes were very unique.

Zhenis was an exceptional tour guide. I booked this overnight tour on viator (Kolsai Kaindy Lakes with Charyn Canyons). The bus they used was modern and comfortable, and the driver drove safely. Both lakes were very beautiful and the food provided was of high quality. As well, the yurt was comfortable and the beds were soft. As an American, the canyons were repetitive due to the grand canyons in Arizona but nonetheless for most others they will be extremely cool. Overall easily 5 stars among the best tours l've done. The only recommendation I would add is to add more pick up points in the future. Would be easier for the guests. It's not like the time was essential as we got to the overnight accommodations before 6pm. 3 is less than what I would expect for a city as big as Almaty.

This was the highlight of my Kazakhstan trip! The tour was really organized and they connected me to other solo travelers. Julz/ Zhuldyz was an amazing guide helping us translate to talk to local vendors.

It was amazing experience. Everything was organized well and we saw amazing beauty of Kazahstan and experienced traditional food at guest houses and staying in yurts. Our group had people from different countries so it was interesting to communicate and our tour guide Serzjan was awesome friendly local guy who told us some fun stories and helped us a lot with during trip. Definitely recommended

The Naz tour guide is 10 out of 10 (helpful) We had a really good time during these two days. Activities, sights, the yurt, the car we went with was 10 out of 10, just the food they had skimped on a little, I think, you had to take some so it would be enough for everyone, we were not satisfied with the food.
