I'm so glad I joined this tour. Meet new people and we had a wonderful guide, Star! The guest house was clean, and the food prepared by the host was delicious! Plus, the bonfire party was a blast! Joine Me Asia is the best!!!

Excellent Trip & Wonderful Coordination We had an excellent trip and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. What stood out most was the way the tour operator managed people from different parts of the world with such warmth and care—it truly felt like everyone was being treated as one big family. ​I joined the "2-Day Kolsai–Kaindy–Charyn Tour Morning Departure" by Joinme Tour. I paid an extra fee to book the "Comfort Package — $85 (Guest house: 2-3 per room, private shower/toilet)", but the shower and toilet were shared with other guests. When I reported this to the guide, they just said, "This is a small village, so sharing is normal." Despite promising a private shower/toilet on their booking page, there was not even an apology. Their tour description is false, and this company is completely untrustworthy.

I had an amazing experience on this 2 day tour with Joinme. Everything was well organized, the itinerary was great, and we visited beautiful places while learning a lot about the region. A special thank you to our guide, Dilnaz, who made the trip even more enjoyable. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. She made sure everyone felt comfortable, answered all our questions with a smile, and went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. If you’re looking for a well-organized tour with an excellent guide, I highly recommend this 2-day trip with Joinme. Thank you, Dilnaz, for making it such a wonderful experience!

Absolutely worthy of this money, the guide Aya is helpful, considerate, playful and responsive, meal and stay are good, camp fire is unforgettable, the only one thing that I feel bad about is the bus we use was very hot and dirty, you can imagine it was 3x degree for 4-5 hours, that’s the thing also unforgettable, even though Aya has tried her best to change another one but still the same

We had an amazing experience with Abu and Shamil. Abu was an excellent tour guide—very knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about sharing the history and culture of the area. Shamil was a professional and safe driver who made our journey comfortable and stress-free. Everything was well organized, and we truly enjoyed every moment of the tour. Highly recommended!

We took 2 days tour to Kolsai and Kaindy lakes and Charyn canyon and it was fantastic. Our guide Abuhair was very good at leading, time management, entertainment, very caring, understanding and kind person, also very knowledgeable about all the locations and Kazakhstan in general. The lakes were wonderful, very scenic, and the canyon was mesmerizing. Definitely recommend to see them with your own eyes. The time spent on each location was well planned and enough. We had campfire full of music and dance at the end of the first day with all the tourists, which was so fun, one of the best parts of the tour :)

We had a great time! Our guide Abu was constantly upbeat and really informative. Our tour was $64 usd each which for the price we originally weren't sure about the quality of the tour, however it was well organised and the homestay was really nice along with the food too. The tour group was very big (40 people) which normally we would opt for a smaller group size but it was nice getting to know so many different people from different cultures and backgrounds. Would really reccomend this tour.

> Although this tour was the cheapest option, the overall experience was very disappointing. The meals were terrible, with very little food provided. Many guests ended up going hungry because there was almost nothing to eat. The guest house accommodation was also poor. Meanwhile, my friend paid a bit more with another company and received a yurt stay along with a traditional feast for dinner. If you're planning to visit, I would recommend spending a little extra to experience authentic local food and more comfortable accommodation. The tour guide was not helpful at all. We raised concerns about the accommodation, but over the course of two days she showed no concern for our complaints. On top of that, she was often rude and unfriendly. > Overall, the low price did not make up for the poor food, inadequate accommodation, and lack of customer care.
