shuttle transfer
The shuttle was 30 minutes late. They did not account for traffic in the area with FIFA match going on. They should have realized this. However, we were fine, and made our appointment in plenty of time.

Carnival port transportation
Our driver got us to the port in great time- definitely an experienced driver. He was friendly and played music that the grandkids loved singing to.

Not a good experience
The driver was late. Our pick up time was 1030, he arrived 1055. At first he said, he will be a few minutes late, next was, he was a block away, next reason was he missed the exit. It was annoying to wait when we had a strict scheduled time assigned to our group.
