Our teacher, Barbara was great! we were welcomed to her beautiful home with warmth and generosity. The lesson was terrific, the recipes easy, authentic and versatile, we had fun and learned at the same time. Our creations were delicious: Pici pasta with a vegetable ragu, gnocchi and tiramisu. I can't wait to try the recipes at home! I have taken cooking classes before, but this was by far, the best experience! She had a wonderful assistant who helped behind the scenes adding to the day!
Fantastic day learned so much it ended up being just my husband so it was a private class our teacher was super nice and taught us so much she was so informative above and beyond just making pasta Definitely recommend this class
Barbara was amazing! We arrived at her beautiful home to a very organized session full of great explanations, leadership and wine! The choices of items to make were our favorites and did NOT disappoint. She was patient with our inexperience, and answered any and all questions we had. The end result was DELICIOUS! I can’t wait to try these recipes again now that we are home. Thank you Barbara for a truly delightful time. This was up in the top 5 things we did in all of Italy!
We made gnocchi, pasta and tiramisu our instructor Barbara was wonderful, and made us feel very comfortable in her home. Great experience I highly recommend it. We learned a lot about the Italian culture.

Great experience for our family. We had parent and two teen boys, such a great experience and got to meet another couple that was traveling to Italy also. Food was amazing, instruction was wonderful, so much fun!
Friends and I attended Barbara’s cooking class in her home on a recent trip to Italy. What a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, Barbara was friendly, gracious and funny, and put you immediately at ease. We learned to make pici hand rolled pasta (the local specialty) with spring vegetable ragu, gnocchi with Gorgonzola cream sauce, and tiramisu. We happily assed the morning learning techniques and tips. This was one of my favorite activities of my trip to Italy. Highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed such a memorable time with our hostess/chef Barbara! She was warm, funny, patient and so very welcoming. The food blew us away…we can’t believe that we actually helped to make food that was so delicious and had fun doing it.
