What a wonderful experience! Stefano and Ana were so welcoming! We had 12 members of our family participate. The food was delicious and we enjoyed every minute of making the pasta and of course eating and drinking our creations! Ana’s focaccia was amazing! Definitely recommend this fantastic experience! eccellente! Grazie!

We absolutely loved this pasta and tiramisu cooking class in Montepulciano! It was such a fun and authentic Tuscan experience. Learning how to make fresh pasta by hand in a local home made it feel so much more personal than a typical cooking class. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the tiramisu was the perfect finish. One of our favourite experiences in Tuscany and something we’ll definitely remember from our trip. Highly recommend!

What an amazing time spent with two gracious and welcoming people. This was the highlight of our trip to date. Stefano and Anna were friendly, warm and inviting into their home. And their home, stunning and beautiful old warm charm with lots of space to lounge and relax. The food!!! Oh my goodness the food! My wife and I learned a simple and repeatable recipe for ravioli, pasta bolognese and Ana made a focaccia with vegetables that I will never forget. Easy conversation and relaxing countryside home with people we would now call friends. Come to Florida and stay with us next time Stefano and Anna!

Barbara is a great host and teacher. Highly recommend this event as we learned some very helpful techniques and critical steps to making truly authentic pasta. We enjoyed our conversation and the meal that we were able to make with Barbara's guidance.

The host was accepting of our lack of skill and worked with us to achieve a great experience and dinner.

We absolutely loved this night of our trip. It was fun, interactive, we learned so much about how to cook these dishes and then we were able to sit in a beautiful setting as the sun went down and eat our dinner with friends. It was lovely.

This was a wonderful experience. Be aware though that it is a 20 minute drive from Montepulciano. We had a private rental care so no problem but I can see it could be an issue otherwise.

My wife and I did the pasta and tiramisu class with Barbara and it was a wonderful experience. We shared the class with another couple from Canada. There was plenty of space to work and everything we needed was provided. Barbara was an excellent teacher. She explained each step well and was patient with us even when we messed up! Her home was beautiful and she has two cute dogs. The bonus was that the food and wine were all delicious!! I would definitely recommend Barbara and her classes.

Our host was amazing! Very authentic Italian experience in Barbara’s multi generational home. We learned AND really enjoyed the company. Definitely a special experience we will remember! Highly recommend!
