We booked a cooking class at a Tuscany Farmhouse and had the most wonderful time. Our tour guide Lavi was amazing. She was engaging and delightful and full of information about the region and cooking. The chef, Erika, was the best! She was not only a fabulous cook but she was hilarious and so engaging. This was hands down one of our favorite experiences of the full two week vacation.

Chris and Erika were the absolute best! Their ability to bring local knowledge and chef expertise along with enthusiasm made the whole experience very enjoyable. The class was designed thoughtfully allowing real hands on experience and also getting to walk through the central market was unique and interesting. Always an added bonus when you get to eat what you make - and it taste delicious!! Highly recommend

We absolutely loved this cooking class. Everything about it was fantastic but we especially loved the chefs & the location. It was the highlight of our time in Florence.

What wonderful time we had with our chefs Cris and Erica! They are enthusiastic and passionate about cooking. We learned so much from this hand-on experience, and the food we prepared in the beautiful countryside was absolutely delicious!

10/10. When we are asked what was our favorite experience during our European vacation, this is our answer! Luca and Erica were the best!

We decided early on that whenever we would travel to a new city we would take a cooking class. We’ve taken multiple cooking classes in multiple cities and multiple countries. This particular class was one of the best ones we’ve ever taken for multiple reasons. First, we had a great group - friendly, interactive, fun, and actively participated. Second, the Tuscan food is ah-MAZE-ing, delicious, and plentiful. And lastly, our host Luca was one of a kind. He was fun, funny, interactive, knowledgeable, and engaging! He treated the class like his own reality tv cooking show and let me tell you - I would watch the show every day! This was one of my favorite classes/experiences I’ve done and would book again on my next trip.

We had an absolutely amazing time!!! Luca is incredibly fun and funny and a joy to spend the day with. Erica was also incredibly kind and sweet. It was such a joy to learn how to make Italian dishes from them. We learned, we laughed, and all in a beautiful area in Tuscany. I recommend this tour for absolutely everyone with any cooking ability. You will come away with only good memories. I miss Erica and Luca and wish they were in the States so I could take another class!! My heart is yours!!

This was soup to nuts! Shopping in the market to making a full meal with desserts! Learning that less ingredients is more in many circumstances! I can only hope more people get to experience this with our hosts, Chris and Erika! They were wonderful together and very knowledgeable!

It was the most fun our family has had in a very long time! We had three grown children with us and everyone voted it best experience in Italy! Luca was the BEST!! He kept us laughing all day!! We learned so much too and the location was stunning!!
