Yin and Yang of Italian Mastery
Overall felt like a very fun experience. Lizza specifically was extremely friendly and super funny to both myself and my family. She clearly tried to make the experience enjoyable for everyone with her mannerisms and jokes, so I wanted her to be the highlight of this review. Roberta was also extremely knowledgeable and gave us the other slightly more serious side of the experience; you can tell she’s proud to be a chef. Both Liza and Roberta gave us tons of information, helped us and were super hospitable. It was a lovely experience and I hope they both get the praise they deserve.

Best time i. Florence
Best experience of our whole vacation. Loved Alice and Victoria. They were wonderful. We loved the food market. They give us all sorts of great recommendations for us to cook the rest of the trip and at home, and the class for making lasagna and tiramisu was wonderful.

Must do cooking experience in Florence!!
One of our favorite experiences in Florence. From the market tour to the amazing experience with Chef Alice we were able to prepare lasagna and tiramisu and everything was delicious. A must do in Florence.

Best Cooking Class!
Alice was phenomenal, so knowledgeable and helpful. She made the class amazing. It was so very worthwhile and Alice is extremely talented. Really enjoyed the class and would do it again!

Lasagna and market cooking class—wonderful!
Alice was wonderful! Very friendly and a great teacher. I loved the portion where we went to the market and sampled different foods. The actual cooking portion was very informative, fun, and the food was great. 6 hour class that I was worried would drag, but it didn’t at all. Absolutely worth the money in my opinion.
