Amazing experience. Tomaso was our chef and was amazing. He made even the less experienced feel comfortable. The food was delicious. The time spent learning new recipes and techniques was well worth it. We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the Florence area.

Overall, this was a fantastic experience. Roberta (chef) was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and a great instructor. She took extra time to walk us through the Mercato Centrale when we got curious while exploring the different stalls and food options. The food prep was a lot of fun, enjoyable and informative, but not overly challenging. Everything tasted great. Plenty of wine and delicious apps for relaxing between prep courses. Brought our two kids (16 and 13), who declared it a highlight of the trip. Learned a great deal about local specialties and Tuscan food heritage in general. Great value for the money. Would definitely recommend.

Tommaso was an extraordinary chef and teacher. The class turned into family, just like an Italian family experience we hoped for. Our lasagna and tiramisu are something we won’t forget and can’t wait to recreate in our kitchens for years to come.
Fabulous! A hands on learning experience. The market is a foodies wonderland. Our chef, Alicia, is magnificent. The school is clean and air conditioned. We were all friends by the end of the class. We highly recommend this.
I have been looking forward to this class since we started planning our Italy trip and it did not disappoint. Our Chef Federico P was a joy ! He was a great host and guide through the market trip, which was amazing. Then we went back to cook. Federico is a great teacher and entertaining as well. We made some delicious lasagna and Tiramisu - dont miss this fun experience!
