Such a fun experience and the food was so good! Unlimited champagne while cooking, red and white wine with the food, and a shot to finish. A very nice and clean place! Would recommend 12/10

I am so glad I booked this class, traveling solo through Europe and an Italian cooking class has always been on my to do list. I am so happy I chose this one, Clive and Peter were great! Very welcoming, extremely well organised and knowledgeable. This class exceeded my expectations! It will definitely be a highlight of my time in Italy.

A fantastic experience pasta and tiramisu making in Florence in a beautiful setting, Andrea and BJ hosted with passion and skill, whilst also creating a very relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Got to know fellow participants from all over the globe and enjoyed learning more about beautiful Florence . A most enjoyable evening would highly recommend

Clive was a wonderful guide. He taught with incredible patience and passion. I learned so much and had so much fun!! We had an incredibly delicious dinner and dessert.

We had such an amazing time at this pasta-making class! It was easily one of the highlights of our trip. The whole experience was so fun, relaxed, and hands-on, and we learned so much about making authentic Italian pasta from scratch. Our instructor was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient, and made the entire class feel like we were cooking with friends rather than just taking a class. The food was absolutely delicious, and getting to sit down afterward and enjoy everything we made with a glass of wine made the experience even better. It was the perfect combination of learning, great food, and a really fun atmosphere. We honestly didn’t want the class to end! If you’re visiting Italy, I would 100% recommend booking this class. It was such a memorable experience and something we’ll be talking about long after the trip!

Chef Clive was excellent, he had lovely energy throughout the class. He was incredibly informative, knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. The class was around 3 hours long, we made 2 different types of pasta and a tiramisu, all of which were then cooked for us and served for us to enjoy. This is one of those experiences that will stay with me for a long time, being able to learn pasta making in Florence with such a brilliant teacher is just amazing.
