Dear Madam, I am sorry that you feel this way, but I must clarify what actually happened. You contacted me to ask whether it was possible to change the class time. I simply checked the possibility and informed you of the available options. At no point did I refuse to provide the class, and I was fully available to proceed with the original booking. When I asked if the alternative time would work for you, you replied that it would not. After that, you decided to cancel the experience yourself shortly before the class was due to start. Therefore, the cancellation was not caused by me. Asking whether a different time is available is very common in the travel and tourism industry. If the proposed alternative does not suit the customer, the original booking can normally remain unchanged. I also provided Viator with copies of our message exchange, which clearly show that I was available to operate the class and that the cancellation was initiated by you. For this reason, Viator determined that a refund was not applicable under the booking terms. Calling this a “scam” is unfair and does not reflect the facts of the situation. I always acted professionally and remained available to provide the experience as booked. Kind regards.
