On a whim I decided to book this experience instead of just having lunch. It turned out to be a memorable part of my Journey through Tuscany . Very authentic. Everyone was very welcoming and Chef Lorenzo was the perfect teacher. A trip to the market created the menu on the fly. The lesson in the kitchen then followed. Lorenzo was a great teacher and the whole experience was very hands on. We created a three course lunch.
I did this solo and it was incredible.
