おばあさんたちがイタリアで作ったような、生パスタの作り方を覚えましょう。 あらゆるプロセスを教え、あらゆるステップを教えてくれるあなたのそばにいます。 ラヴィオリ、トルテッリーニ、タリアテッレなど3種類の生パスタを用意すると同時に、バターとセージ、ポマローラ、昔ながらのトスカーナラグーなど、合わせるソースもご用意します。 機材はすべて弊社からご提供しますので、何もお持ちいただく必要はありません。 最後は用意したものをすべて食べる。 体験中、私たちは良いトスカーナワインを飲むことができますまたは無制限 料理学校はブルネレスキのドームの目と鼻の先にある1200年代の中世の塔の内部にあります。 イタリア語の父ダンテ・アリギエーリの空気と人生を呼吸する場所です。これは、私たちが料理をする塔が彼の妻の家族のものだったためです。

Don’t miss this. Although there were many people, the cooking areas were divided and the experience was the right balance of personal while still affording group fun. Our Chef Andrea was entertaining and enthusiastic. We made and ate great food. A highlight for our entire family.
Lorenzo is the best! We learned to make tortellini, ravioli, and pappardella completely from scratch. He was so patient and explained every step. Then we ate everything we made with wine and it was incredible. Such a fun, authentic experience in the heart of Florence. 10/10 recommend booking.

The location was very nice and Giordono who ran our class was a great teacher and very personable, making jokes with the table etc. There were 24 people at our table making the pasta and you do put all the made pasta into a shared pot.
Had a lovely time with Lorenzo! It was the perfect balance of fun and teaching. Would defiantly recommend for couples and families! Great way to meet people
