We had an absolutely amazing time in this class! One of the main highlights of our trip so far. Luca was fabulous, along with his colleagues Beatrice and Letizia! 100% recommend this class!! You will not regret it.

What an evening , the staff was exceptional, personal and humorous at times. The gelato experience was great and a learning experience. And the pizza making was just great Though I have made pizzas at home you can always learn a few things from the pros and theses guys delivered. Highly recommended outing

Well organised and had someone meet us at the meeting point and drive us to the location. The demonstration was explained thoroughly by the three lady chefs. They made everyone feel like an expert! The cooked pasta was yummy and the gelato was also yummy - the ladies explained the making of gelato and why it was called gelato in detail. Very interesting.

This was a very fun experience. We went with the whole family and friends and we all had a great time. They made it very fun and we enjoyed every minute of it. We definitely recommend this!!

A highlight of our trip to Italy. The setting is beautiful and tranquil. The chefs are patient and kind. The food was amazing. The pasta and gelato were very easy to make and the instruction was clear and helpful.

This was one of our favorite activities during our stay in Italy last July. It was a fun packed day at this villa, with a friendly and helpful staff. Teaching us the history and methods in making various pasta dishes, Pesto, and Gelato. All while enjoying wine and great conversations with other people in our group.

Aurora, “Tito” and Ludwig did an amazing job creating a fun and educational experience for our trip to Florence. They were very knowledgeable about all cooking processes and we made food with quality ingredients. They made our day/evening entertaining with their humor and light spirits. The view was beautiful and we had time to cook, relax and enjoy others. The best tour we have done!

A great afternoon at a beautiful location. Absolutely no negatives to this trip. Great staff, incredible location, great food and wine. Would do it again. Just an FYI….. A descent walk to the bus from the meeting point and from the drop off to the location. Just mentioning this for anyone who can’t walk long distances.

Very well organized. Ado and his two other chefs were fun, funny, entertaining and very knowledgable. I am still waiting for the gelato recipes!!! .

It was a really fun day! We met one of the guides and a group of about 50, we then walked 10 minutes to a bus. We then drove 40 minutes to the beautiful countryside. We remained with the large group for the demonstrations and most of the time, only breaking off into smaller groups for the short period of time that we were actively making our own pasta. We had a great time, but were not expecting it to be with such a large group or to drive for so long. They were very accommodating of dietary needs.
