We had a great time on this walking tour, our guide Glenda was very knowledgeable and quite funny too. She was very kind and gave us lots of advice of things to do and see in Florence. Would highly recommend! We really did learn a lot about the history of Florence!
Guide was professional, light, informative and provided a good starting point to become with Florence and its history. Got a bit long towards the end (we ran over scheduled time) which guide acknowledged and was very kind and friendly.
