Interesting stories, knowledgeable and friendly guide
We took a tour of Florence with Manuel, who told us several stories about the city, interesting and particular even for those who have already been to Florence or know its history that you read in books. A great way to discover and rediscover the cultural richness that this city has to offer.

Siamo davvero felici di sapere che ha apprezzato il tour a piedi di Firenze con una delle nostre guide professionali. Per quanto Firenze sia indiscutibilmente un museo a cielo aperto, non è mai scontato riuscire a soddisfare visitatori che non vedono la nostra città per la prima volta. Sapere di esserci riusciti non può che essere la miglior ricompensa per l'impegno che mettiamo ogni giorno (ormai da più di 65 anni) nel nostro lavoro.

Walk through the Medici Family History
I took the tour with 3 other people and had a wonderful time. Elena was our guide and she did an incredible job! Everything was incredibly interesting and well told!

Beautiful way to start the weekend
My wife, daughter and I had a wonderful guided tour with Elisa. Her knowledge of the City really helped us understand the magic of Florence. Even better was the way she engaged with the family and unlocked the stories of Florence as as we moved around its streets and squares. Thank you for a wonderful day.

Fascinating tour
From the Duomo across the Ponte Vecchio. I do wish we could have spent more time going into the Duomo and could have gone into the Palazzo Pitti.

Great Experience!
This was a fabulous way to understand Florence's history and get to know the city. The only negative was the tour people were not dressed according to what we were told not did they identify themselves which caused some confusion.

Very informative and interesting!
Our tour guide was incredibly knowledge about the history of Florence. Each monument and the background was provided in detail. She seemed to have a real passion for Florence's history which is infectious. The only recommendation would that it would be great to be able to walk and talk more, as it was a chilly day and standing in a spot made me feel more cold.

Great intro to Florence
We did this tour on our first morning in Florence and it gave a very nice overview of the city. The tour, however, was booked for both English and Spanish and the tour guide had to repeat each sentence twice. It started to feel rushed as she was still trying to fit everything in, in the amount of time scheduled. The tour guide herself was great (and had amazing language skills!), but it would probably be best not to schedule two different languages at the same time.
