Terracotta Cooking Lab was one of the highlights of our time in Florence. We had an incredible time learning to make pumpkin ravioli, gnocchi, and cacio e pepe. The whole experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Growing up in an Italian-American family with a traditional Sunday meal in our grandparent’s house, the pasta was always freshly made, but I never was able to replicate at home. The instruction was clear and approachable, and plenty of hands-on time to actually make everything ourselves. Making the pumpkin ravioli was especially fun, and learning how to make gnocchi and cacio e pepe gave us a wonderful introduction to different pasta techniques. Getting to sit down and enjoy what we made was the perfect ending! The atmosphere was relaxed, welcoming, and fun! Noemi and Livio created an experience where people could genuinely learn while having a great time. We will definitely come back on our next Florence visit!

A simply beautiful experience, fun and truly different from the usual! We prepared different types of pasta, including ravioli, tagliatelle, and gnocchi, and to finish, also a delicious tiramisu. It was a super engaging experience, truly suitable for all ages and perfect both for those who are already passionate about cooking and for those who simply want to try something new and spend a few hours in good company. A special thanks to Livio and Noemi, two wonderful, nice, and super helpful people! Their experience and their passion made this cooking class even more special and fun. They made us feel at ease right away and created a truly pleasant and familiar atmosphere. An experience that I absolutely recommend to everyone and that I would do again without thinking twice!
