パスタ料理教室：ノンナのレシピをマスターしよう

This was an excellent experience, and my husband and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Firenze! Our chef was exquisite, with great attention to detail. He exhibited a lot of patience to work with our small group of pros, amateurs and even some children. We learned so much about making/cooking pasta correctly and about cooking times, different sauces to pair with various pastas, etc. He provided an awesome way to make ravioli without using fancy tools and accessories. He was so neat, and cleaned the surfaces and the pots/pans meticulously as he moved from pasta to pasta. On a personal note, he mimicked what my mother used to say: "Never use garlic in meat sauce." My mom often would present her pasta with the words: "It's a simple peasant dish but made with love." Our aprons said: "Cook with Love." Surprisingly, my own nonna's sauce was similar to the meat sauce that our chef prepared, so it was extra special for me, with so many memories of my childhood flooding back to me. We enjoyed the end results, with three different pastas and great tasting sauces. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed this cooking class and spent the evening wandering the streets of Florence to work off some of the extra calories. No ill effects from this experience either!

Andrea was wonderful, he was very knowledgeable, great teacher. Made the event fun. Taught how to make pasta dough and turn into ravioli, papadella and fettuccine. Very hands on and the meal we prepared was amazing. Highly recommend.

We took 3 cooking classes in Italy. This was the best one! The food was delicious. The chef was excellent! Cooking was very easy, even the people that don’t like to cook (like me) can do this easily. A great experience in Florence. I really liked our group, a nice mix of people. There was a young child in the group and he did great. I told his family that they have a future chef in him!

Marco was an exceptional teacher. Super fun and knowledgeable, and though I imagine he leads this class a lot, for us it felt like the first time. Also, the food itself ended up being the best pasta we had in Italy. Really high end stuff.

This was a fantastic class. Simone is an amazing chef and even though we have experience we learned a lot of good tips and techniques. Highly recommended. Sauces were amazing.

Our chef Andrea knew his stuff, was entertaining, informative and encouraged us all to learn about each other. His instruction was easy and enlightening. Plus, the food was delicious.

Excellent experience! Loved all the pastas we made! Chef was very involved and explained all aspects of cooking process thoroughly.

My husband and I have a NYE tradition of making homemade pasta. It was an incredible experience of an afternoon activity while in Florence with people from all over the world. Chef Thomas was amazing and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a way to make memories!

Overall great experience. Instructor/chef was personable, professional and a great teacher! Facility was clean, well equipped and easy to find. The recipes were delicious and making pasta is sooo easy!

The cooking class was amazing…start to finish. The best time, the best chef, and the best food!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience.
