Cinzia was amazing and the food she had us make was absolutely wonderful. She was a kind and gracious host and we learned so much from her.

Everything was amazing. Cinzia was so knowledgeable about the area as well as cooking. Our family had a great time cooking and EATING the most delicious food!!! We will definitely recommend this tour to anyone coming to Florence.

Cinzia is literally the MOST AMAZING person, she made our experience so so special. She was so welcoming and kind, and so informative, my kids said it was like cooking with a friend. The food was amazing from start to finish, and she easily balanced helping both kids and adults participate in the preparation. Even the pickiest of our family ate every bite. Thank you, Cinzia, for a one-of-a-kind memory.

Oh my goodness we loved Cinzia and her entire energy. Her home is tucked back a little, so tricky to find, but she was right at the entry of her building waiting for us. We loved learning how to cook authentic Italian dishes on her patio with her-it was a really unique experience. She is very sweet, very relaxed and really gave us the confidence to cook our dishes/make pasta back home. Would definitely recommend this experience for couples or small group!

We had the most incredible experience led by Cinzia!! She brought us on a curated tour of food shops around Florence and provided great recommendations for other places to see and visit around the city. She was sure to ask our preferences at every step as we chose fresh ingredients to cook for dinner at her beautiful home. We made ravioli with pecorino cream and shallot pear sauce, chicken fricassee with asparagus, and panna cotta with brown sugar strawberries. Everything was so delicious and Cinzia was an excellent teacher— we will definitely be revisiting these recipes at home! It was so lovely meeting her and getting to know her on this trip.

The BEST place to go for a cooking class! It was so peaceful and it felt so nice to relax and cook. Miss Cinzia was the nicest lady, very sweet and loving in everything we did. This was such an experience and it could not ever be replaced.

Cinza was wonderful. She took us through all the steps of making 3 homemade pastas, anda dessert. She is welcoming, warm and a knowledgeable chef. A truly memorable experience!
