A very heart warming afternoon spent with such an animated gentleman named Gulio! He is very passionate about his craft and his love of cooking that it transcends to his guests/his students! We enjoyed his jokes and his love of music that it made for a fun experience! We sang along and learned to make tasty pasta! Thank you! Pat & Debbie
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Come for the pasta, stay for the party! 🇮🇹🍝💃 Who knew making pasta could involve so much singing, dancing, laughing… and occasionally remembering we were actually there to cook?! 😂 Giulio is an absolute legend! Part chef, part entertainer, part Italian superstar! 🌟 The homemade pasta? TO DIE FOR! The tomato sauce? I’d happily bathe in it! The tiramisu? MAMMA MIA! 🤌 We came to learn how to make pasta and left with full bellies, huge smiles, and possibly a new career in Italian musical theatre. 🎶 10/10 would knead, sing, dance and eat again! He brings passion to everything he does, and it comes through in the way he teaches. You’ll leave knowing how to make incredible pasta, but more importantly, you’ll leave with great memories, plenty of laughs, and the feeling that you made a new friend. An unforgettable experience.
Great time and the best pasta I have had in Italy and I made it! Follow the instructions...when the chef says "cut into squares" dont make rectangles...your pasta won't be as pretty!
We have had the best time at Giulio's cooking class! We were fortunate that the class was so small, so it was practically exclusive. Giulio is funny, a fantastic singer, a great teacher and an amazing chef 😍 This was an experience to remember, so much fun. The pasta sauce was so, so good, and you have to try the tiramisu!
Was an amazing experience having Giulio teach my wife and I 5 different styles of pasta. Great entertainment, amazing personality and the food was amazing. I would give 6 stars but don't have the option!! The tiramisu is INCREDIBLE!!! This whole experience has made our trip.
What a fun experience! This was so much more than a pasta-making class.. great music, laughing, cooking, and of course, eating incredible pasta. Giulio was the star of the show…so fun, energetic, and genuinely entertaining. He made everyone feel comfortable and involved, and there was never a dull moment. If you’re in Florence and looking for something fun, authentic, and memorable book an evening with Giulio. We had an absolute blast and would do it again in a heartbeat. 10/10 c’était tellement bon !! Good authentic Italian pasta that you will make from scratch with Gulio guidance ! Very fun class, Gulio is the party man ! Highly recommend.
Giulio is incredibly charismatic and such a great teacher, this class is great for both extroverts and introverts, he will surely break you out of your shell. Pasta is delicious, the tiramisu as well, but the memories are by far the best part. Don’t think about it twice
The best ever booking class! Juliano was a happy and patient teacher! The place is clean and we enjoyed the pasta we made topped with the sauce Juliano made. There was dessert of Tiramisu that is rated the heat in the world! I don’t like Tiramasu, but I tried this that the chef makes fresh. It really was good. I highly recommend this if you make a trip to Florence
