What a great time! Sarah was fun and very good at teaching us how to make pasta. Food was delicious.

We had the most wonderful experience with Sarah! She was very welcoming and the experience was incredibly fun. I highly highly recommend this to anyone travelling to Livorno- the pasta is delicious.

Sarah was so welcoming we felt like family. I did it for my wife and I think I enjoyed it as much as her. Make sure you bring your appetite. Sarah even did a wonderful video for us. When we return to Livorno we'll visit her again

My sister and I had the most fun with Sarah at the pasta class! It was a small group so we had lots of fun making pasta!! We learned so much, we drank wine and coke, ate some delicious pasta, had lots of laughs and ended with a lemon cello and a hug!!

This is a great excursion for all ages!! Sarah was fantastic not only with the adults but catered to the kids as well. She made the experience amazing. She is in the fort which made the experience even more authentic. 5stars for sure. Awesome time!!

Fantastic cooking class, I can’t recommend it enough! Sarah made everyone feel welcome from the very first moment we walked in until the end of the course. Every workstation was perfectly prepared before we arrived, making the experience seamless and enjoyable. Sarah switched between English, French, and Italian to accommodate all . The pasta-making experience itself was incredible , all by hand . I attended the class with my 10-year-old son, and Sarah adapted her teaching style wonderfully to keep him engaged and involved throughout. The location was impressive ,it looked like a beautiful medieval palace and provided a stunning backdrop for the class. After we finished making the pasta, Sarah set up a gorgeous table outside where we could sit together and enjoy the meal we had prepared. It was the perfect ending to an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!
