Tour leader: IGNACIO Driver: PATRICK Both were amazing, Ignacio was super informative and gave us everything we needed to find our way around the most important places to go in the time we had to spend recommended the best restaurant to eat and had the most amazing Italian meal I have ever had.
Great 5-star experience with our tour guide, Dr. Nacho (not sure how to spell his Italian name), and our driver, Patrick! This tour is perfect for cruisers. There’s a €7 (In October 2026) shuttle bus from the Livorno cruise dock to the city centre (separate from this trip booking), which takes about 10 minutes. Our guide met us at 9:45 a.m., and we then travelled by bus to Florence, about 1.5 hours each way. We had just over 4 hours in Florence—enough time to see the main sights, take photos, and try some popular local dishes. It was a great way to experience Florence during a one-day cruise stop without feeling rushed. Highly recommend this tour for cruisers. Great experience from start to finish!
Ignacio and Patrick went above and beyond to give us a great experience. I thought we were basically going to get dropped off in Florence, but instead Ignacio gave us a comprehensive description of the sights during our bus ride and sent us Se real great resources, including a simple to follow map. He led us in person to the tasting which was delicious and to the Duomo. He also kept us on time without making us feel rushed.
Instructions and maps provided were very clear and easy to follow. Ignacio was awesome and the what’s app updates and tips were super helpful in our enjoyment of Florence

A big thank you to Omi who, within a Spanish-speaking group, took the time to explain everything to us in English. Bravo to Giovanni our expert driver.
Our guide, Nacho was phenomenal by being informative, friendly, fun -spirited, and accommodating towards the entire group. It helped that he is very fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian- his humor is an added-bonus. We also had a very smooth driver to/ from Florence from cruise ship.
Nacho did an excellent job of giving us tips and information to make it a very pleasant day.
Pick from Livorno was great, next to the cruise shuttle bus drop off point. Driver - Simone & Guide -Ignacio ‘Nacho’ were excellent. Drop off location was within easy walking distance of the Main sights.
It has been a great experience with Omi and Giovanni. Omi gave us many tips for the hours we were in Florence, which saved us a lot of time, and Giovanni was a great driver. In addition, he got us a special pass that takes us straight to the ship. 10/10 for both.
