Great trip, excellent guides

There were three of us in our family group, but the full tour group filled an entire double-decker bus! Klara and Bea were wonderful guides. They kept such a large group organized and made sure we had as much time as possible to explore while also keeping everyone safe and accounted for during the walks to and from the bus. I especially appreciated how attentive they were to guests with mobility issues. They offered helpful advice and alternatives so everyone could still enjoy the different areas as much as possible. They were also very knowledgeable, friendly, and communicated everything clearly in both English and Spanish, which made the tour accessible to everyone. We were able to see so much in one day, and Klara and Bea did a great job managing a very large group. Thank you both for a wonderful experience!

Overall, an incredible experience. Suppose if I did this itinerary again, I would make one change. And that suggested improvement is lengthening the time limit for how long we can explore a historic city filled with world-class and monumental attractions. We only had 1.5 hours in Pisa and 2.5 hours in Florence. For the Florence part, I would recommend 3-4 hours to see more of the sites (including Renaissance Art museums (e.g., David statue) and Ponte Vecchio), regardless if it charged an entry fee to go inside these places. Nonetheless, I had a great time with this Pisa and Florence tour and I'm hoping to revisit other place in Italy another time in my life. Thank you!

Chiara,Bea and Boris were an incredible Trio. No wish was left. At the end we were taken directly to the cruise ship. Perfect.

Clair and Bae and Boris gave us the best tour! We even got to go directly back to the ship afterwards. We saw the highlights of both cities. The lunch suggestions made our meal there so good. I had papperadale with wild boar sauce. It was fabulous!

Clair and Bea were fantastic! They shared so much knowledge and provided excellent information throughout the day, which made it easy and comfortable to explore on our own, knowing exactly where to go and how to find our way back to the meeting point. It was an amazing day, and the experience was absolutely worth it. Thank you, Clair and Bea, for making it so enjoyable and memorable!
